Born and raised in Yonkers, NY, Chef Joe Isidori proudly carries the banner of a three-generation-long lineage of chefs. While his informal training began in his father’s kitchen 30 years ago, attending the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park on scholarship proved the catapult for a glorious career that has seen Chef Joe crowned with the esteemed Michelin star after a stint as Executive Chef at Donald Trump’s Las Vegas flagship restaurant DJT. But Chef Joe is not all about consumption–this latter-day culinary knight set off on a sustainability crusade early on in his career at his very first deployment at Nemo Restaurant. Having carried that gauntlet until this day, he is currently Executive Chef at Chalk Point Kitchen and owner of the recently opened Black Tap Burgers & Craft Beer.
