A cornerstone figure at Jean-Georges Vongerichten’s Spice Market New York, Executive Chef Anthony Ricco got a foundation in his chosen profession at the Institute of Culinary Education. Not long after Chef Ricco donned a mortar-board and wielded a diploma, he joined Jean Georges, where he spent time at every station — in both the casual and fine dinging parts of the restaurant — thoroughly learning the ropes. Having risen to the post of Executive Chef, Chef Ricco travels the world overseeing operations, training sous-chefs, and tweaking menus to perfection at Culinary Concepts’ newest establishments.
